Jeep owners - is this a good guy gift?

I'm stuck on one last gift for my SO for Christmas.
We both have jeeps. Mine is a 2004 Wrangler and his is a 2001 Wrangler that he bought used this year.
Mine came with heavy duty floor mats I think I've heard them called floor buckets. The sides of the mats are curved and you could spill a big gulp on them and all you have to do is pick em up and pour it out. They're great. I know my SO likes them, but won't allow himself to buy some because of the cost.
I'm thinking about getting a set of them for his jeep.
I'm just afraid of bombing out on a gift this year like I did last year. Think they'd be a good choice? I know I want to get him something for the jeep, but I'm scanning thru JC Whitney's catalog and coming up blank.

I got these one year from my wife for one of my jeeps and loved them. If he really uses his jeep then you cant go wrong.

Those are nice. I tend to do stupid stuff like off-road into puddles with my top down so those are really handy. Good choice.

Those mats would be wonderful!! My DH picked up a set for me on Xmas. Jc Whitney is an awesome place to get parts and acessories! Oh god dont let him hear me say that!!!
