How odd! Why doesn't she like people to state they are hers? I remember fifteen or sixteen years ago, it was a huge thing to have some of her Blues. I always wanted to cross a male onto a flock of Black Javas to re-create the Blue Javas that are extinct.

I think for one thing a lot of people use her name for advertising their stock and if those birds haven't been well selected it could reflect poorly on her.

That makes sense, but that's true of any bloodline with a name attached to it. People expect a quality that another breeder may not have put effort into maintaining. I thought maybe she'd gotten rid of them and didn't want to be associated with them or something.

No. She still had them as of last year when I got chicks from her.
