Jersey Giant - No eggs

I have two Jersey Giants that are over a year old and have never started to lay eggs. The third Jersey girl is laying. I sort of attributed that to stress and the housing they were in was pretty crowded. They are know in spacious new digs and everyone seems happier. What are the chances that being this old they may get "into the mood" and begin laying.

How long have you had them and how long have they been in the new coop? It could be that they are stressed from the move/change. Chickens hate change, even if it's good!
