Jersey Giant........Pullet?

S/he is 4 weeks old and has started to develop a comb and wattles

I can NOT have a Roo where I live......Anyone have any ideas? Please excuse the LOVELY wallpaper and sink, I was washing dirty chicken feet.

With that much comb development at a month, it looks like a roo to me.

I'm soooo sorry, and am going through a similar predicament myself - my lovely new blue EE is getting lots of boy votes on BYC. Ugh. If only the feed stores offered hormone therapy!

You know, JG roosters are supposed to have lovely, deep crows. Maybe your neighbors wouldn't mind....?

I am going to cry. S/he is my FAVORITE! As for maybe keeping him, that is a no go. No roosters allowed here. Ugh.......ANY chance he is just an overachiever comb wise?

Maybe! I'm doing some desperation searches myself right now and am finding the occasional picture of a pullet with comb development at 4-6 weeks, so there's always hope! I'll cross my fingers for you if you cross them for me
