Would it hurt to put a Jersey Giant rooster with my flock of light brama's, australorps and rhode Island Reds? He is huge so I'm worried he's too big for my girls. I also got a Milles-Fleur D'Uccle bantam, can she go in with them all or should I keep her separated?

My Jersey Giant rooster is only a year old and towers over my biggest 9 pound Barred Rock hen, the rest of the hens are smaller. I keep mine seperated but they are all able to see each other through the fence. He seems to do a good job babysitting them on the other side of the fence without any problems. It's your decision what you want to do. I prefer to keep mine seperated for the time being.
