I have 2 Black JG hens and 1 Splash JG hen. My Blue JG roo got killed by a coyote this summer and I don't have a JG roo to go w/ my 3 JG hens. I know a breeder that has: Black/Blue/Splash JG's ...but which color should the JG roo be??

I'm not sure what you mean by "which color should the JG roo be??"
We've had cocks hit 15 pounds at around three years of age when we had Giants back years ago, but the hens were usually around 8 pounds tops.
The hatchery birds we have now are pretty, but won't hit 10 pounds if they lived to be 100 and I feed them ice cream and chocolate cake every day.
Sooo now you know why I need better stock.
