Wow, luckily I've never had a JG that was people aggressive. Those roos get a quick trip to freezer camp here, no matter how pretty they are.

Do Jerseys tend to hatch later? Im at the end of day 21 atm and no pips or hatches. I candled them on day 17 and im sure 6 out of the eight were fertile (wasn't sure on the other two). Thanks.

Are u going to keep all 3 roos... And get more hens?

No, I already have two RIR roosters - one is magnificent and a perfect rooster to continue to keep, and the other is my son's friend I'd really love to keep one of these big Jersey roos if I could. I can't believe the lovely tails already coming in. One of the three has some problems and should never be bred, so probably will go to someone's stew pot. The other two look great, though, and I hope I can find good homes for them.

Anyone have a pic of a fully grown black jersey roo? I wanna see what my fellow is gonna look like. He is my favorite of all my babies!
