Are you gonna teach it to talk? Or do you need some special permit to keep it?

I wish it could learn to talk like its namesake! Lol. I wonder if it’ll be chattier than it’s runner counterparts or if it’s just the color pattern?
Not legally allowed to keep anything considered wildlife around here, though a lot of people do.

All runners actually. Lol. I had a really hard time getting any other breeds, as eggs anyways. The only other option I could source for a reasonable $$ were exhibition rouens, and I prefer my ducks on the smaller side. xD
I do have 3 eggs from my own birds in the incubator, be interesting to see what a blue runner drake over a silver appleyard duck will produce...
