I am glad you asked me to post pictures! I went to go take pictures and I arrived at the incubator just in time to see another chick hatch! So far 3 chicks hatched. Here's the pictures, sorry they aren't very good, the sides of the incubator are foggy...

I would take out the chicks and put them in your warm brooder. They won't dry in the bator with that level of humidity and will only make it worse.

I personally would lift up a side/corner of the mat and sop out some of the water with a damp *cotton* dish towel, tilting the incubator slightly as needed. (Fully dry cloth absorbs poorly; paper, too little.) You most likely don't *have* to do that, but the level of humidity that fogs up the viewing panel is not optimal.

I completely agree with you Cindy! Any humidity that fogs or creates condensation in a bator is too high and the chicks will not dry in that type of humidity. Plus it can potentially harm the other eggs that are about to hatch, but not much that can be done now.

Next time do not put your humidity as high. When the chicks hatch they create more humidity to the bator. I would not go above 50% because the added humidity from the hatching eggs will put it at about 60-65%.

When you get condensation and fog you are above 70%
