I have not thought of that. That is an interesting option, and I will for sure be looking into it. The stress of moving to a new home wouldn't "turn them off"?

I'm glad I got an incubator that only holds 22 eggs. Only.
Originally I tried to order a model that held like 45. It got lost in shipping. Good thing too or my house would be busting at the seams with chicks by now. For us, for now, 22 was the right size and it limits the addiction.

I have two that hold 42... I’m not hatching chicken chicks anymore until next spring. Now I’m onto quail. I do have 15 chicken eggs that will be hatching at some point, but most will be sold I’m sure.

Do it lol... honestly they’re the best in my opinion. You may need 2 per person per meal, but at the rate they grow it’s well worth it.

If you were changing coops, I imagine it would, unless she was sitting in a movable nest. If she was sitting in such, and would be going with you, I imagine not.
