Woohoo! Mailman just brought me a box with 8 lovely light brown eggs in it! My incubator will be happy tomorrow!

Who wants to stop anyway? We are having way too much fun. If my silver lace roo hadn't been snatched I might have been able to help you out this fall. I think I have one silver lace polish hen out there. I have a really pretty white rooster, and two buff lace roosters so one of them will go in with the big girls.Hope they like him.
I sure am wishing I could keep the bators on but I need to clean them out. And one less thing for my friend to worry about.

I admit that I am a hatchaholic. Its called incubator therapy. My incubator still looks too empty and i have 21 button quail, 8 mystery eggs and 12 silkie eggs in it.

I hate seeing empty spots in my incubator. It's almost as bad as when my spoon hits the bottom of my bowl of ice cream

it's tragic!

well here are my two incubators... thanks to the quail i just now realize i can fit more in my bator... had 6 quail but as i was loading one egg rolled off and cracked on the floor... grrr....

anyways here are my bators....

LOL and i am still waiting on one mystery egg box to arrive...

well sunday/monday i will candle them to see if any are developing and possibly make more room for the other swapper when they send them.

I'm still waiting for my last swap box.
I have lots of room because of hatching and candling. I think my busted thermostat killed some embryos

but not all

maybe your swap partner is waiting for the heat wave to cool down a bit before sending your eggs....
thats what i think mine is doing anyways.

rather not have partially incubated eggs if we can help it.
