Do it at night for best results.Hello everyone! Joining. I set eggs under my broody last night. If all goes well they should hatch 6-14. Any tips for moving a broody to grow out coop that already has a momma hen and chicks?

It's gonna be brutal. Mothers are very protective.Hello everyone! Joining. I set eggs under my broody last night. If all goes well they should hatch 6-14. Any tips for moving a broody to grow out coop that already has a momma hen and chicks?
The broody would be in a dog crate that I've wrapped 3 sides with feed bags. She won't willingly leave the nesting box at all. Would that be better? By the time they(Dodo's) hatch the OG Momma hen and chicks should be in my main coop. It's gonna be brutal. Mothers are very protective.
I'd wait until the mothers chicks are old enough to where they are independent and the mother leaves them
Don’t let anyone tell you the law of your coop. I can do things in my coop others can’t. You need to do what feels right. The broody would be in a dog crate that I've wrapped 3 sides with feed bags.
