3 hens are currently broody lol. I bought them 6 blue laced red Wyandotte eggs, even more chicks now I guess

5 out, 4 more have pips, and one in aircell.

and 7 baby sparrows falling off roof nests from heat.

7 out still waiting on 2 they have veins so i may give them a couple more days...

The 2 eggs I have left are still breathing, you can see it in the shell. They are on day 22, I am not going to pop them yet though. The other 7 are doing well, and it looks like some are SS.

The 2 eggs quit, so I had 7 of that bunch, I have them in a brooder next to the 5 from last week and a view window to share. eventually they will be combined.

Thought I hatched 7 just counted I have 8. I have not combined any yet, the 5 older ones are now in an outdoor pen.

Eggs are on lockdown. I’m not good at candling so who knows what’s going on in there. I don’t have much faith at all in the shipped eggs.

Also I’m having a hard time getting humidity above 65

60% is good enough, it will spike higher upon pipping and hatching. To high before then can cause drowning.

You aren’t going to believe it, but I found my candler (that has been missing about two months) tonight wedged between the cereal.
