Day 7 candle, four for sure, two questionable, the rest clear and blood rings. If any make it to hatching (at this point I'm not too hopeful,) these chick(s) are going to be more precious than gold.

My first set of eggs were shipped out. She uses UPS. I am thinking she misunderstood me with asking her to ship them the 26/27 and thought I wanted to get them then. So she sent them yesterday and with the weekend and holiday they won't be here till Tue or Wed. Hopefully tue since that is 5/6 days in the mail

Sorry, I haven’t updated.
We have one silver Swedish and one black Swedish.
One was a quitter.
And one was shrink wrapped and didn’t make it.
Peggy, the first time mama, did such a great job.

well one set of eggs (the one I said the other day) will be here tomorrow after 6 days in the mail. UGH! Hopefully UPS was good with them. Sad thing is they made it to my state yesterday AM then sat in that spot until tonight or they probably could have been here today.

Then one set shipped today and will be here Thurs (we live in the same state but too far for me to drive to pick them up)! but she did say she has a younger male in with the hens so fertility hasn't been great. when she tested it before it was 50%. She was going to put more eggs in and retest it this weekend but with times I am going away etc. I didn't want to wait. hopefully the roo figured it out and the girls like him more now. LOL She did mention something about maybe having to send more eggs later so not sure if she will give me some later if the fertility is bad?

My 3rd set of eggs should have shipped today but I haven't heard anything from that seller so hopefully they did so they are here either Thurs or Fri..... I really don't want 3 different hatch days! the first set of eggs I will set tomorrow night after they come to room temp and just not have them rotate for the first few days. But where they were already in the mail for 6 days I don't want to have them resting for 24 hrs more. Then was hoping to set the other 2 sets together.... guess I see if that person answers me on if they were shipped.

Yes, I have a couple but am waiting to take better pics of them in their new brooder.
The two little ones have been with bantam chicks in a chick brooder.

We just moved them over and they are loving it.
Also, my daughter bought two pekin ducklings at TSC today to put with Peggy’s babies.

I don't think there is much else cuter than ducklings!! We just got back from Disney and at Animal Kingdom there were ducklings and OMG they were the cutest! I wanted to scoop them up and take them home with me. haahaa but instead I just took lots of pics of them.
