Just got my bator....er.....inc......er heaty turner thingy a few weeks ago (15 years after starting chickens...think I'm a little late??) This is my first go around...
Do I need to be concerned about addiction??

There is no reason to be concerned about it, just let your accountant know your feed and incubator budget is going to change dramatically. Everything is fine .

I know how to vent sex, but I would rather let a chick be at least for a week! I like to tell by butt feathers when they grow, wing feathers, comb, I feel when you vent sex, they just hate you when you just hatched them.

Every vent sexed roo, here to fore must be named Tom. So we can say "Peeping at Tom's little peepers".
