I have a mille fleur as well. She is a party girl, not ready to settle down. Your pics are great!Just hatched yesterday- about 10 hours apart! They are awfully cute and we are dying to know the sex!
We don’t have a rooster but one of our hens (Mary Kate- the millefleur d’uccle) has been chronically broody this spring. These eggs were acquired from a neighbor and they are supposedly welsummer/buff orp mixes. She started sitting on them May 30th so we were surprised for our early arrivals! She’s still sitting on one last egg which is a welsummer/Hamburg mix... that one should auto-sex if it hatches. Fingers crossed!View attachment 2204161View attachment 2204163View attachment 2204164View attachment 2204165View attachment 2204167

Fowl pox has run through the flock fully I think! No issues.
The African Geese are doing well! The Sebastopol tolerate them outside when I let them come have some grass. I’m thinking of keeping them.
Some cute photos of the last two days... also some of my latest marans layers
the Sebastopols are literal shadows still. I’m going to be so sad when they want independence. They walked with me today to let out the chickens and met them face to face and it was priceless. They’re still in a brooder setup so I can keep them near the Africans so they can all go to the big pen together. We “walk” them about half a mile a day. Lol.
