Oh, yeah....wash stall. Um, I think it depends on the looker.
If they see the stall in pics and imagine their horse in there, perhaps they can overlook something there that is not a horse.
If they look at the stall pics and go...Hmmm, wonder what that's for/how would I use it? having birds in there could short circuit the brain. But...if you know when there will be a showing perhaps putting the babies somewhere else for the showing might then elicit a neutral reaction because while it's set up, it's empty of birds. Of course, who doesn't love baby geese...not someone who considers themselves human...but some lookers might not be into birds.
Having said all that, I'm SURE the property has plenty to offer so that a wash stall conversion should not make or break anything. Maybe ask your agent what he/she thinks about how lookers might react to it.
