I would dab Blu-kote on it with a Q-tip.

Would that attract attention? My chickens are quite vicious when it comes to anything abnormal. When we put Blu-kote on our chickens with bumblefoot they kind of got chased! Luckily the hens with bumblefoot were the feisty ones so they took care of that. But she’s still a chick who gets bullied anyways. Will it not heal up without the Blu-kote?

Not usually. Blu-kote is a color that is neutral to chickens, as opposed to pink and red. It also will protect from bacteria and hasten healing.
