Just adopted from atwoods

We purchased two chicks yesterday from Atwoods feed store. The sign read heavies. I am going to post a couple of pictures any ideas

"Heavies" likely means heavy or large chickens. Repost pics in a month or so when they start feathering out and we should be able to identify the breed.

Heavies means one of the dual purpose breeds. Not sure if they were sexed or straight run?

I'm thinking an Australorp and a production Red, but it's early.
