Thank you all for the great feedback on my new chicken coop.
Since you have asked me to keep you updated on the chickens, I will use this thread to do that. We picked up the girls on Saturday morning and placed them in their new home in the afternoon. The girls have been in the coop for two full days now. So far they stay almost exclusively inside and they seem to avoid the runs. I placed some leftover Romain lettuce and corn on the cob in the coop with them as well as some bread crumbs. They dint seem interested in them. I dint think they know its food. They are eating and drinking allot from the feeders so I know they have an apatite. They seem very skittish. Hopefully they relax soon.
