Just came home from vaction. My ducks are acting very strange.

Hi, i just came back from my 3 day vacation to Orlando and came home to find my ducks acting a bit weird. I had somone watch them, and they did a great job as far as i can tell. So, when i came home, they were very afraid of me. Then, they were flaping their wings in their water for about 3 min. Then they start making werid movments with their head. As of know. they still get scared when i walk past them. Why are they acting werid? Thanks
