Well that depends on who you're asking. If a bird dies on the property with an exposed wound (usually from a predator) and the birds get to it before I do, then the answer is raw. But the meat I give them is cooked

I’ve seen a video of a guy feeding his flock a deer carcuss he processed. It was just the rib portion but they were picking it clean like mini vultures.

Cochin Peewee who is pure Cochin and some of her adopted babies. Also the rhode island reds is Pixie and about 1 year old. She was at the bottom of the pecking order on a big farm. She was missing all tail and neck feathers but I have been bringing her back to health. She looks pretty good now.
