I've named all ours, all after old time country singers ~ loretta , dolly, patsy and june. My husband is still fighting to keep calling them the chickens, but he's coming around.

All of our adults have names; the current batch of chicks is working on it.

The bantam Cochins: Beau, Bernie, and Frankie (breeding trio); Maple and Mahogany (no relation)
The Wild Hair Bunch: Major, Halka, Crevie (guess what breed she is), Lumpy Houdan (had a bad case of pox a while back), Mottle, Aurie, Spazz, and You

2.Buff Orpington ~Goldy loaf
3. Silverlaced Wyandotte~ Lacey

All my chickens are named but I do only have four so it's not a lot to remember. There's violet because she was so traumatised coming out of the battery farm that she just shrunk up in the corner and would not move at all. Georgina after my poodle George because she pecked him. Henrietta because everyones got to ha e a Henrietta lol. And Chloe (the comb) because her comb was so enlarged it covered her entire face and she couldn't see
