We have the lovely artic cold, single digits here, we were able to block the wind so yay... Mama has been weaning them during the day but still cuddling at night... Tonight though an auntie was cuddling them! So funny and so cute!!!

Other two pics are of them from this morning, the wind was terrible and we had issues after it raining all day then turning bitter so we were thankful everyone survived the night : )

How lovely to have a doting auntie to help keep everyone warm during such a bitter cold spell! ❤️

This has been a very cute thread, in excess of cuteness score: 10/10

I think what was your rain in IN must have been our sideways sleeting frozen stuff in lower MI. Yuck and brr...glad you have such good help keeping those babies warm!

Current temp -5F feels like -23, I concur lol, there's a reason we choose the birds we did, went out when their light came on to give them water as our system froze which was expected and honestly I didn't want to buy another one. And Mama had a huddle around her in the corner so that's good.

Will monitor but everyone is enjoying the straw that my dad brought us yesterday.

7 weeks old today. Growing fast. I feel the little black one is definitely bottom of food chain, poor girl, once I can travel safely (thanks weather) roos will be finding a new home lol

Pics from yesterday as I've not been out yet today because of the extra snow lol we made certain they had food and water last night and via camera everyone is good lol yes, I slept in for once this week lol

They all look good!

She probably is a bit more shy, but as she matures and the cockerels aren't around to harass her so much, she likely will find her place with the hens.

Have one little boy who doesn't share well with his brothers, but allows his sisters to join lol aren't they pretty!

LOL He's a smart boy, already trying to woo the ladies.

The girls are so sweet and pretty! I still love the dark one best, but her sister is lovely too.
The boys all look great, they will grow to be handsome roosters.
