Just got our chicks from cackle hatchery.

Day 3 now? All are doing well. None of them are lethargic, all very active.
Have checked for pasty butt past couple days. Only 2 yesterday and 2 very minor today.

Maybe I'm going crazy but they look bigger already!

@ raised feeder/waterer. Thats a good idea. My only concern would be the silkies who do not seem to be great jumpers.

You arent crazy, they visibly grow and change daily. You can use a ramp to the platform

How are your babies doing? I am buying from Cackle Hatchery too! They are only 30 minutes from where I live so I'm gonna buy right in their store tomorrow. I can't wait to see what's available!
