    I'd say Sumatra mix pullet (maybe just hatchery quality rather than mix).

    You mean the iridescence? Hens can show plenty of iridescence, it's just more common in roos. Here's some pics to illustrate (not my photos):

    Cocks, on the other hand, will show long, thin, sharp feathers, in addition to the iridescence.
