I have NOT had good luck making kale chips - no dehydrator. What's the secret ... other than a good dehydrator?

About 10 years ago we saw it on a food network show... They used cookie sheet.
Sprinkled olive oil 1st
Put a layer as *flat* as it would go
Used a "pump sprayer" filled with more olive oil and sprayed the top with a good layer and then sprinkled a tiny bit of sea salt, some paper and something else....
Put it in the oven at like 375(?) And watch it.

Every time we have done it.... The ziplock bag was empty by the following morning!

It's not "buckwheat" it's "buttcrack" listen closely and tell me I'm wrong.
 
mr muddy thinks his kickin wing sauce was not hot at all “one step above ketchup” 🤣🤣🤣 meanwhile i’ve blown my nose twice, have stomped several times and my lips are about to burn off!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 and i only had 2 wings!! did i mention i’m also crying
