Just locked myself in the coop AGAIN!!!

im betting it didnt lock itself,,, bet theres a neighbor that ran over, locked, then sat in the bush's with the video camera ,, we'll see him win $10,000.00 on funny video's hahahaha

I wish that was what it was, but NOPE, it was my dumb self, I literally walked in and slammed the door shut behind me. DUMB,DUMB, DUMB!!!

It is really funny that you say that!! I was checking on the babies in the coop this afternoon, I was croutched down, and one of my bigger hens flew off the roost and her claw got me right on the bags on my eyes from being on this site late every noght, I am totally not kidding, here's a pic.

Its shiny due to the bacitracin, and it hurts. She must have been one of the ones trying to get in when I was squeezing through the door in next pic, I am guessing she holds grudges!

And here is lock now with something attatched so this does not happen again!

Ouchie...that looks painful. My daughter locked me in mine last weekend! I was out there for an half hour. She didn't mean to she just so used to locking it after she leaves. I wasn't too mad.....chicken house was clean.

I knew they would come find me

Yeah, It's painful! The hubby says he should get me a boxer costume for halloween. I don't even want to leave the house now. Thankfully I have this website, so at least I won't be bored!!

Ouch! I have clipped my eyelid with eyebrow scissors. It hurts! So, I can't imagine what that felt like. I am sure she's sorry :aww

Yeah, I am not holding any grudges. I love my chickens. It was an accident....I hope!!! No, just kidding, my girls and boys are very loving, she probably thought I had treats and didn't want to miss out on them!!!

I lucked out once. We had a bantam cochin who was the sweetest thing. She did the same thing, but I could tell it was a complete accident because she SLAMMED into the top of my head as I was nealing down. She was as dazed as I was
