Poor little cheese.. at least he was loved while he was with you. It really is sad when they get through incubation...hatch...and then have issues. Being so small it was likely an indication that something wasnt right. It may have been his little heart just wasnt strong enough- sometimes their small size is an indication of things not being right internally.
