Just ordered our next batch of chicks from Meyer!

Our first flock of 4 has been an amazing experience so we decided to expand our flock... which will also mean a coop renovation too.

I logged onto Meyer Hatchery's website this morning just to see what they had coming available. To my surprise I was able to get some really amazing breeds! We ended up placing an order for the following 10 chicks:
1 Blue Copper Marans female
2 Black Copper Marans females
2 Wheaten Ameraucanas females
2 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes females
2 Golden Buffs females
and a Meyer Meal Maker for a surprise.

We are very excited to see our chicks and the rainbow of eggs they will provide us!

Super congrats! Those birds will be super beautiful as well as give you a great selection of egg colors!

I ordered from Meyers this spring. I don't like the Standard sized Light Brahmas I got from them, but all of the other breeds I picked look very true to type.
