This really stinks. It is definitely not working guys.

I've been watching since yesterday and it refuses to move. It's sat in the exact position since it arrived. I've made sure to look at it at least once ever hour all day long. I had my hubby take a good look at it. He said the little arm that attaches to the motor may be stuck. It is not mobile at all. Anyway, I hope H&BB will work with me. Thanks for all your help!
