hmm im nervous about my guys! not a pip or peep in sight!!!

So after having two batches fail i decided to give the bator up...

less than three days after i said that i caught my self putting two peafowl eggs and 6 chicken eggs in

doubt they will hatch... i am going to "forget" a bout them and hopefully "find" the chicks in the bator already hatched?

I got 2 pips! One was hatching at the wrong end.. sigh. These are shipped blue/splash marans. Had 14 shipped and 12 went into lockdown and only 2 pips on day 21! Ack!!! Someone calm my nerves!

We locked down last night - 3/2 - all good this morning when I went to work, got a call from DW - Allison - to say when she got home @ 4.15pm we'd got one hatched and another pipped.... on day 19!

UPDATE!!! Day 20 and I have my first EE chick! It first pip'd at 9:45pm CST and completely zipped through by 9:55. Another has just started a small pip. Boy! This first one is really loud! This could be a long night for my first hatch ever. 1 down and 11 to go!
