Six week old Runners - first hatch from our own ducks. Thank goodness they were able to go outside in a wrapped hoop tractor today because they are creating an unholy mess inside.

Two confirmed girls (by voice)...please let there be a third!

Aww, thanks! I have such a soft spot for Runners. It's funny, though - the fawn & white (parent) pair stick together, even though other girls clearly like the F&W drake. No mixes to date.

15...13 BBS and the F&W pair. Sadly, there are too many drakes because the first hatch of BBS was 4 ducks and 9 drakes.

Oh you poor thing I had 5 drakes in 2019 from 6 ducklings I was able to rehome 4 . Will you rehome?

Yikes - that's like my recent chicken hatch of 8 boys and 1 girl! Will definitely try to rehome some! They're lovely, nice boys.

Do your ducklings have a way to dunk their heads? Looks like your using nipple waterer with them?

That waterer is for the chicks that spend the day out there with them - the ducks have a water bowl.
