Tylisia giggled and said, "I see that. But I must go back to my eggs now. Good bye!" She cooed and disappeared back into her hollow, where she rolled the eggs back under her and settled back onto the soft downy feather nest.

"Bye!" Sabio walked away from the hollow entrance.
 
Alwin landed in a tree, Thalassa was sitting in the enormous old Oak nearby, she too was taking advantage of the silence to think. She sat and admired the forest as the sunlight gleamed on the leaves below, the rays dancing across the swaying grasses. She'd always looked at the view with such folly; never stopping to appreciate it all. A Nightingale sensed her lonliness and her troubled mind, and began serenading her with his music. She smiled as the bird's comforting tune rang sweetly through her previously clouded mind, her heart was soon soothed and all of her bothers faded away. The beat seemed to move her, she couldn't help but sway to the music. Alwin saw her dancing and smiled to himself before silently taking off. Oblivious to his presence, she started to coo along with the bird.

A large Owl watched everything from a distance, he could see it all from his high perch. A whisper echoed from behind him and he suddenly took off, flying back to the shadow-shrouded forest from which he came...

Sabio silently counted to herself, 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10...1...2...3..... When she had counted to ten five times, she hopped to the hollow entrance and spread her wings wide, imagining the cool wind sliding beneath her as she silently flew. She stepped closer to the entrance. Just a little branching, then I'll come back up. She slowly stepped out, enjoying the wind in her face. She lifted her wings high, flapped once, twice, three times, and glided to the next branch. She loved the short time when there was nothing beneath her, nothing besides the sky. She quickly jumped across the branches. Then came the spot at the tree where there were no branches, but Sabio didn't know that. She jumped again, expecting to fell the wood to meet her talons. But instead, she fell to the ground, the others not able to see her.
 
Tylisia awoke with a startle. She swiveled her head about, her bright eyes taking in everything, looking for the source of the sound. But nothing was different. She stood up slightly and checked on her eggs; they were still perfectly fine and all accounted for. Her eyes blinked in confusion. She could have sworn that she had heard the flapping of wings and the barely-audible sound of a few twigs breaking and a silent thump on the ground. She contemplated peering outside the hollow, but she didn't want to get up off her eggs, especially if she hadn't really heard anything. Yet the feeling of uneasiness still nagged at her. She brushed it away and closed her eyes again.
