Kat’s Journey into Chicken Keeping

I’ve just had a terrible shock. I went out to collect my eggs and when I went into the chicken coop I found Dorothy (one of my two Welsumers) deceased!
I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was in shock. She was lying on her side under the roost.
She must have just died this afternoon because she is warm still and only beginning rigor mortis.
I checked her all over, I can’t find anything wrong with her.
She would have been a year old in May. :hit :hit:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit
