Still not getting enough to sell, but Fritata is on the breakfast menu. Takes 18 eggs for this group. So onion, potato, ham, mushroom, banana peppers and cheese all go in and of course it get's topped with cheese as well.

Been getting between 1 and 5, this morning got 16, but that was in a hidden stash. every since we had the stew pot conversation the old girls have stepped up their game.

Also, this morning I had 5 eggs in the nesting boxes again! Yesterday Big Heifer laid her first egg after her molt and Charlotte laid her first egg ever!

I have not. Although I did attempt to incubate 3 from my neighbor... didn’t work out too well, they all died on or before day 18
