I feel like I'm failing terribly at being a chicken keeper to my girls
I accepted an offer from a friend for him to buy a bag of feed for them for me since I can't even afford it right now. I will pay him back when I get paid in a week from today. I feel really crappy about it but my birds are starving to death and I had to do something
I have $18 dollars in my account which, including tax, doesn't pay for a bag of feed around here.

My parents have the same amount, $18, in their account until 2 weeks from now. We are a family of 6.

I know it will. It's just super tough right now. TBH, if I wasn't so attached to them I'd butcher for the winter and start back up in spring. But I don't have the heart.

Gah. I hate talking about myself and my problems in a world where bigger issues exist
But right now in real life I am in a position where nobody wants to listen to me, and everyone thinks I should be focusing my whole on school including not caring for my birds. Soooo..... And my parents want me to quit my job which is the only thing paying for their feed.
