LOL true! He's very sweet. I almost brought him to animal control but decided against it. I'm glad cause the owner's were from the neighborhood and did eventually come get him. He was sooo sweet. And tbh he's making me rethink Goldens. Again. LOL
 
It might be easier too to find an older dog. Puppies are a pain in the butt for a good 2-3 years. Eventually I might switch to older dogs. I'm getting too old to chase down puppies. :old

Are you set on a puppy?

Idk, I wanted one just cause you can raise and train them your way from the beginning and don't have any bad habits or behaviors to undo but this guy was so sweet lol so an older dog might be good too. Or at least an adult. But I also don't know how Gator would do with an adult dog.

Lol I wish he was mine! I fell in love with him.

And lol nothing wrong with it, I do it quite often too :p just doesn't exactly bode well for walks lol Gator occasionally flops down on walks. Has since he was a puppy. Usually if he doesn't want to go any further or if he wants to go the other direction. Libby occasionally does too. Pyrenees I guess. :lau

I think I need two dogs. One that I can do agility and nosework and hiking and stuff with and another that's just a sweet, chill, mellow fellow type dog. Because I've come to the conclusion that there's nothing wrong with those dogs and in fact sometimes they're the best and not a huge pain in the rear LOL although idk why I say I've come to the conclusion cause I've never thought there was anything wrong with those dogs. I guess I've just recently thought I wanted a GO GO GO dog but that might get a little annoying lol I guess Gator could count as my mellow fellow dog though? So I guess that means I either get the Aussie and that's my dog or I just go with a Golden after all and it probably has enough energy to do that stuff but is still mellow and I have two mellow fellows except one's a secret firecracker when needed lol back to being torn I guess.

Sorry for rambling and for the novel.

Maybe I need to adopt an older Golden
