The bad guy next door just screamed at his dogs and carried a mid sized dog roughly by the scruff of the neck into the house, guess who's making a call!

The dog was off the ground, it was one of the dogs they claim isn't there! stupid people, if you hurt a dog they can hurt you, these guys have kids who hurt thier dogs by putting a lump on his headand the kid blaimed one of my kids at the time, my kid was so distressed. sometimes I imagaine something happens like eviction!
