Hi I recently got 2 silver laced wyandotte bantams for show and they have been turning a little yellow from the sun i have a coop from urban chicken coop company i have some panels that cover it any suggestions on how to keep them in better condition thanks

The best way to keep them in condition would to build or buy some conditioning cages and put them in a shed or garage.
If you are wanting to just keep your current coop though my suggestion is up the protein, and limit the natural lighting

Thx for the advice i have a 20 precent protein food is that enough or should it be higher thx.

I think that is high enough, as it gets closer to shows you can up it if you want to but if it isn't needed there is no reason to

ok but they are looking a little more yellow would protein help them not turn yellow?
What is their current feed? To much corn can turn a birds feathers yellow. I would be interested in seeing a picture of the birds too
