Keeping Track of Egg Customers

For those of you who sell eggs, do you use anything special to keep track of your sales and your egg customers? I've seen the spreadsheet to keep track of income and expenses, but I was looking for something more along the lines of order processing. I am thinking of giving a discount after every 10 dozen ordered, and maybe throwing in some homemade chocolate chicken lollipops or candies as a bonus.

I don't use anything. I just wished that when someone asks me for eggs I would remember to bring them to work.

I have a big dry erase full year calendar that I write on every time I sell a dozen and to whom. I don't give discounts unless customers pay in advance.
