I always used to use Italian sausage in my spaghetti sauces until I discovered turkey italian sausage....

We love it and prefer it now. If I "fry" and egg I use the canola spray and spray lightly. Dr. was amazed at how much my cholesterol has dropped in six weeks. I only use olive oil or canola oil. That is one of the changes I have made in my eating habits but I do cheat once in awhile but in moderation. Making my own mayo has made a huge difference, too. But then again, don't slather!

I also make a great ice milk recipe that is so easy in a small little cuisinart ice cream maker..... 3 cups goat milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon flavoring...Last invention was 1/2 teaspoon of orange flavoring and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon flavoring& 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.....tastes just like a dream sicle,, Mix by hand and freeze....Yummy and like nooooo cholesterol...
