You just gave me the best idea evah! My DH is in line for heart problems that run in almost all of the males in his family. My gosh and the man will drink a gallon of milk a day! I just wonder if I could pull this off....

Yo uhave to do it slowly.... 1/3 1% and 2/3rds 2% for a while, then half and half, the 1/3 1%, etc...... They never even know it.
