Ken had another ??? attack Update pg 16

Debi You probably already know this but it is worth reminding. For those of us who are care givers the hardest thing to do is put yourself first. I know that sounds bad but if you don't take care of yourself and stay healthy then you are of little help to your loved one. This is not easy to do and I struggle with it a lot but you must remember to take care of you and stay healthy so you can be the most possible help to Ken when he needs you.
Hang in there girl it aint easy but you can make it.

This is why I have been coming home at night before dark. Not that anything is getting done around here. I just sit here online and worry about Ken. Lotta good that is doing! At least I am not sleeping in a chair listening to him snore while I am wide awake.

I know what ya mean. When DW had a stroke (49) I would get up @ 4 do the farm stuff then go to work for 8 swing by the house and do farm stuff again on my way to hospital then get home about 12-1 am. Do e-mail updates to friends till about 2 and do it all over again.
Them are some fun times ain't they NOT !!!!

Debi, you and Ken have been on my mind a lot. Hang tight sister. Give your puppies extra hugs, drink in moderation and go easy on yourself.
