This is something.
Therefore we must do it!

You really believe that all these tests will be faulty? Come on now...
(No, I reserve the right to laugh at you) '

All? No. Of course not. Some percentage of them? Yes. Who will get a false positive? No one knows. That's the problem. The unfortunate ones who do get false positives are going to be punished and are likely to be the ones least up to protecting their rights.

And laugh all you want, but you're celebrating an evil law that attacks vulnerable members of our society, including those kids you purport to care about.

Nope.. you have it all twisted, Anna..
All twisted... sorry.
Anyways... you believe what you believe.. its okay.
Its no skin off my nose.
To each their own...

And yes, i celebrate it! I AM thrilled.
And the only evil ones are the ones using my tax money to get high while on the dole..
and if they are parents?....
There are no words for them. No words that i can say on here, anyways.... They are the lowest of low, scum of the scum.

Sorry, I just can't take that seriously...
Yeah. Taking a smoke of pot at a party once a year is equivalent to killing someone. Yeah. Right.

Oh, and, I'm sure you never ever ever speed in your car, or run a red light or ... because, if its[sic] wrong it is wrong/illegal period.

I'm sorry, I didn't know this was a humor thread. You should've put it in the Games and Jokes section!

lol it was extreme I was not serious about that

this topic is very serious though to many and is not a joke

just making a point just because one does it does not mean we should allow all to do it....there will be ways for a hearing and to prove you did not do what they say showed up in the test a judge will decide that at a hearing

if you really want a say and don't agree, you should maybe sign up to be a judge or?

This law will hurt the ones who need these benefits the most. It won't get the drug users. They know all the tricks to test negative and get away with it. I have worked in the psych field for over 30 years. I have seen the suffering of children and adults in families with drugs. It will continue.

Honestly, I don't see this law lasting long. YES, there are many false positive tests still today. I have seen it often. I have also seen people on drugs test negative. These tests are not 100%.

Smoking pot is pretty much a thing of the past in Kentucky. I would say only the older non prescription pill addicted smoke pot. Now there is still alot of pot smoking going on but I would prefer that to the pill addicts.

We have a pill epidimic in Kentucky. People selling their foodstamps for pills. Stealing what isnt nailed down.

I doubt that bill will pass. Do a search for winchester ky topix forum. Just had 2 people od and died this past weekend. Daycare director arrested
for selling pills at the daycare. A infant child od and died in the care of her grandparents due to prescription drugs.

I'm sorry if you consider helping people and being compassionate even to drug users to be twisted. I'm sorry that you consider being concerned that false positives on tests (a *documented* problem with the drug tests) could take away help from those who need it most to be twisted. I'm okay with being twisted that way.
