I have dark brahmas, and a mixed flock of just pets - no brahma rooster - he got eaten by the neighbor's cat (I currently have some eggs incubating that I bought to replace him - hopefully)

The pets are buff orps (2) a silver laced wyandotte, two mutt hens, some bantam old english hens and a little oegb roo.

I am hopeful for those eggs, because it is nigh on impossible to find dark brahmas around here.
 
I'm not far from you, Alienchick - over by Breeding, right down by the Adair, Metcalfe and Cumberland county lines.

That's funny. Something you will learn about real quick here is South Central KY is that unless you are from Glasgow or Bowling Green, when people ask you where your from we always say the county. Sometimes when I meet people from other places in KY that I'm not familiar with and they say their city, I'm always like "What county is that?"
Anyways, awesome to meet you too. I haven't found hardly any people really close to me on here. So it's nice to know BYC is coming closer to home. I practically live at TSC in Glasgow. Will be heading there during their chick days too. I can't wait!
