Kentucky people

Hi all,
Just found this thread I knew there had to be KY folks on here but never saw any. I just started chickens this year and went nuts. Husband brought 5 home for grandkids and I still have them plus about 30 eggs I have hatched this year. Most too young to tell sex of yet.
I live in Crab Orchard in Lincoln County if anyone has every heard of it, if not your not alone most people haven't. Most of my chickens are barnyard mixes of leghorn and domminikers [not spelled right I know]. I do have 3 buff orp. about 2 weeks that are hens I need to find a roo for pretty soon. If anyone has one cheap let me know

I HAVE heard of Crab Orchard. I used to work in Danville and there were a lot of folks who would come there from Crab Orchard.
Do you care what breed of rooster?

yea I need a buff orp. to go with my 3 hens. Have a white leghorn roo to go with the barnyard mixes. My post should say 2 old months no weeks.

I have a 16-17 week old BO roo that you can have if you want to come get him. He's been a late bloomer and I was holding out that he may be a pullet as the others I have were crowing over a month ago. He just started crowing this weekend. Located in Shelbyville area.
Also rehoming a Plymoth Barred Rock and Cuckoo Marans Roo of the same age free to anyone on BC.

I hatched 9 BOs and I believe 4 of them are roos. They are free to anyone that can give them a nice home(once I know for certain they are roos).

**They were born on 4/27.

If anyone happens to be looking I have 6 Pekin Ducklings roughly 16 weeks old and some 12 week old mixed BCM chicks. Even the ones with both BCM parents I would say are mixed because the stock I purchased ended up being more hatchery quality. Most of my chicks ended up being pullets though. I have them up on craigslist also and might come to a swap if I ever get time again.( i might end up having a solitary gosling that is 16 weeks also)
