Does anyone know of anyone that processes chickens? I was sure it would be easy to find someone, but I've had no luck at all and my chickens are getting LARGE! We have never done it and don't have the time right now. A pro or someone that does their own and might be interested in a few extra bucks? We are open to options.

Don't know how far you want to drive, but Tewes up in Erlanger processes poultry. I think they currently charge about $2.50/chicken. They also have a market for some of your excess roosters and have traded us nice meat birds (processed) in exchange. They do processing on Thursdays; call for an appointment.
