Y'all have got me worked up on hatching chick's...I just took 12 dozen egg's to my friend who just bought a new cabinet incubator and wanted to start hatching early...delaware's and white leghorn's...we are gonna share the chick's...and another friend want's some egg's so I am gonna buy 150 delaware egg's and we are gonna split these also...and it all of you women talking about hatching that got me going...like I needed an excuse...lol...I will let you know the outcome in 21 day's...good lord's willing..y'all sleep well...gonna go play some pogo...Peace...I need some red comet egg's if y'all know any one who has some fertile egg's..I found one guy with em, but he want's 1.00 an egg...ain't that a hoot

ARRRRGHHH! I'm so PO'd right now! I tried for 4 hours yesterday to get through to the Unemployment Line to request my check and for another three hours today. Only to have the stupid system say they can't connect to the voice response system and to call back.

So I truck off to the local main office today and get told that the system is down and they HOPE to have it back up tomorrow! I can't order it online because I'm in my first weeks of the extension period, and I have to call it in! SO if the system is up tomorrow then I'll get my check on Thursday!

But the only good thing about this was that Channel 11 news was there doing a story about the situation and they interviewed me for the news story. I was on the 5:00 News!

It's almost easier to list what I don't have. LOL But I am most proud of my polish, d'uccles, and sumatras. They are by far the best quality, and my stock comes from top breeders on those.

Final head count is 8 chickies out of 14 eggs I had left after sending some to Meri's and disposing of early quitters/nongrowers. All developed ones hatched...Not bad for the shape the poor eggs Tazcat sent were in when they arrived...PO mishandling. All in all an awesome hatch rate for me...Best one yet! Will get pics for e-one tonight.
