I do have some that i can "guarantee" , guarantee they will be yummy, they are in the freezer ready to thaw and then slow cook in a dutch oven @ 325 for about 45 min. a little garlic and sea salt rub and a sprig of rosemary yum`ie

So they're pretty tasty huh? I've wondered about that. Also about their eggs. Are they good?
 
Ok, here's my mystery roo. Anybody wanna tell me what he is? I've never heard him crow yet, so I'm assuming he's still young. Any guesses on age?

We're seriously thinking of moving to KY from Ohio. What are some areas you'd recommend? We're looking for 10+ acres; would like to live in the middle of nowhere. How cold does it there there in the winter?
